Pulling up to corporate headquarters near midtown, the warehouse façade, emblazoned with Thierry Isambert’s unmistakable monogram logo, reaches for the sky. As if this isn’t enough to confirm you’re at the right place, a fleet of company-branded trucks pepper the parking lot, awaiting their next mission. On any given day, this Miami catering powerhouse is bustling with action that is visible from the street, as friendly staff in uniform grey polos load vans for multiple daily events. We’re graciously ushered through the cathedral-like warehouse; lines of perfectly organized, floor-to-ceiling shelves are filled with items like sparkling candelabras, driftwood trays and crates of exquisite tableware.

Thierry Isambert hails from the region where bubbly was born. He grew up surrounded by the rolling vineyards and verdant hills of Champagne, France, an apt beginning for someone who would become a leader in an industry built around celebrating. It’s no mystery that he was immersed in the heritage of savoir-faire and unbeatable work ethic that are the pride of local farmers, artisans, and business owners in Champagne. Thierry’s unwavering commitment to hard work, business integrity, culinary excellence, and philanthropy made him a two-time recipient of the “L’Ordre du Mérite Agricole” in 2000 and 2015, an award bestowed by the French Republic to individuals who render exceptional services.


All successful endeavors are born of passion, and Thierry’s love of good food started in his mother’s kitchen. He honed his culinary skills at “L’École Hôtelière Poligny” and then obtained a Masters in Finance from “L’École Hôtelière de Paris.” Through a restaurateur turnkey operation, Thierry traveled the world opening restaurants for other companies before he arrived in Miami. Little did he know that this position would bring him to the other side of the world, where he met his future in love, family, and business.
